Accidents archive. Added a new column date with time in the archives of accidents on the RAS farm. Now we have archived two dates with time:

1. Date of posting about the accident on the RAS.

2. Date of entry into the database of the accident.

Sometimes it happens that in one incident, sent two messages about the accident at the fish farm. To help understand where is a mistake, we've added this new column.
